Rejection of Unauthorized Email Collection
We reject the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please be advised that violations may result in criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
- No person shall collect email addresses from an internet homepage where the intention to refuse the collection of email addresses is explicitly stated, by using a program or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses.
- No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
- No person shall knowingly use email addresses for information transmission that are prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 65-2 (Penalties)
A person who falls under any of the following shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million KRW:
- A person who takes technical measures in violation of Article 50, Paragraph 4.
- A person who transmits advertising information for commercial purposes in violation ofArticle 50, Paragraph 6.
- A person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses for informationtransmission in violation of Article 50-2
